I just purchased this product and had it professionally installed along with a standard audio cable. I LOVE this product. I have a 2005 Acura MDX with NAV and XM Radio. It tied right into the XM system and into my NAV display. Works great, though the controls took a little getting used to (i.e. Steering wheel advances 1 song or 1 folder at a time, the tuner button moves forward or backwards 10 songs at a time, and the forward and back buttons move 1 folder forward or backward at a time). Now that I'm acomstomed to the controls, I really like it. There is a mode that you can select that will allow you to control from the IPOD directly if that's what you want. Sometimes this is easier when you're looking for something in particular. The sound quality is CD quality which is what I expected. Since it is tied in with NAV, it will pause on incoming calls on my bluetooth phone automatically. Now I am a new user, so I can't tell you about how well it holds up yet. However my experience to date has been excellent!

Really easy to install on a TSX.
Took all of 10 minutes, plug and play.
I have non-Navi, and I found the navigation on my ipod using the car radio controls not very intuitive, but would be great on a Navi system.

I am very happy with my purchase. Similar options for the price didn't offer any charging or control from factory stereo. Installization wasn't hard, it sounds great, and was the best option for the money.

I had no experience in trying to install something like this but looking online and at reviews of the product it seemed relatively easy. It was and after 30 minutes the item was installed and working flawlessly. Would highly recommend this product as it does all that I wanted it to and is easy to use and install.
